A Brief History
The Law Offices of Gary W. Greif, P.C., is a professional corporation that provides its clients with result-oriented solutions in the client’s best interests, protects the client’s rights and works to minimize any negative consequences. The principal shareholder and attorney Gary W. Greif , has more than 45 years of professional legal experience. His broad knowledge base has enabled him to confidently handle a wide range of legal work — from simple wills, construction contracts and straightforward residential real estate closings, to negotiating and closing contracts for large commercial real estate properties, probates, estate planning, and establishing and servicing corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and other business entities.
